Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Use of My Aviation Archive (hereinafter “MAA”) requires acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions, including the limitations, privacy provisions, and user responsibilities described below.

Purpose and Permitted Use

MAA’s use is limited to the intended purpose and content for which it was created: to provide aviators of all levels and backgrounds a platform to record and maintain a presentation of their aviation life.

No inappropriate use or content is permitted, including but not limited to: content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights. MAA, at its discretion, may remove without notice any content it determines to be inappropriate, without any further obligation or reimbursement to the user.

Annual Renewal

It is the intent of MAA to provide an uninterrupted annual continuing renewal option; however, exceptions can apply. Examples of such exceptions may include problematic archives, or unforeseen or uncontrollable interruptions of service, including technical failures, power interruptions, or connectivity issues.

Site Security

MAA takes reasonable steps to protect user data and archive content, including secure (SSL/TLS encrypted) connections, industry-standard password hashing, and processing all payments through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor — MAA does not itself store or have access to your full payment card information.

Privacy

Privacy for the user is assured by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal information and archive content are collected, used, stored, and protected. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details.

Annual Renewal Notices

As your annual aviation archive approaches its expiration date each year, you will receive a renewal notice in advance of the expiration date at the email address provided in your account information. It is ultimately the user’s responsibility to anticipate and take the required action to renew their MAA subscription before it expires.

[Placeholder — client to develop further, ideally with legal counsel: provisions for transferring renewal responsibility, or archive access, to another party (such as a family member or estate representative) in the event the original user is unable to manage it themselves.]

MAA Terms and Conditions

Annual Agreement. Submitting payment for your annual MAA subscription constitutes a contract and annual agreement, and acceptance by the user of MAA’s terms and conditions.

Governing Law. [Placeholder — confirm with counsel: these terms are proposed to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, based on the business’s location. Confirm this matches your actual business registration/jurisdiction before publishing.]
